Gentry Strikes First

The Rams kick the ball off first and immediately stopped the reciever in his tracks. That tackle set the tone and built the rams momentum. The rams defense forced the cowboys to not get more than 5 yards on their opening drive, which sought up a punt situation. The cowboys punted the ball and was caught by gentry's star player Gary Lewis. Lewis also made a good performance by retuning the ball to humphrey county's 35 yard line. The offense ran on the field ready to take action. The opening play for the rams was a 15 yard pass to reciever Eddie Ivory. The rams later saw the endzone after two more plays, which made the score 7 to 0.
